After receiving your booking via the booking form, we will check your data within 24 hours and send you your booking confirmation. It contains all further information about times, location and payment.

Payment

A course reservation fee is due within 24 hours after booking confirmation and secures your participation in the desired course. The booked course must be paid in full at least 30 days before the course starts. If your payment is not received in time, your participation in the course cannot be guaranteed or your ability to book courses will be suspended.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a pro-rata refund. You will be refunded 50% of the course fee. The reservation fee is not refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before the course starts, there is no refund. Cancellation is possible by e-mail.

Invoice & VAT

The invoice total is made up of the course fee and reservation fee + 21% BTW, which means that 21% BTW (sales tax) is added to the purchase.
